Student's record management

The aim of this document is to establish the model in which the Escuela Universitaria of Ingeniería Técnica of Telecomunicación puts into practices the objective parameters to define the student's registration procedures, as well as check and spread for the groups of interest knowledge. 


 

The aim of this procedure is to define the process of the student's record changes processing, according to the current regulation.


 

The aim of this document is to establish the procedure whereby the students of the ETSIST evaluation is carried out and consequently, the verification of the students' knowledge at each subject of the studies plan.

Exams Checking and Complaint Process:

  1. The aim of the checking will be the rectification of the correction or marks mistakes, whether they are material, in practice or arithmetic.
  2. The aim of the complaints will be the correction of formal errors or procedure vices, the cancellation of acts in which someone has taken advantage of his position or to express the disagreement with a checking result.

 

The aim of this document is to define the Certificates Acquisition process, according to the current regulation.

The aim of this document is to define the Recognition process, according to the current regulation.


 

The aim of this document is to define the general Scholarships processing process.

 

  • Enrollment and subjects' cancellation

The aim of this document is to establish the process whereby the students who want, could ask for the cancellation of the enrollment or the cancellation of some subjects, as well as the enrollment unpaid consequences.
