The aim of this procedure is to describe the process whereby the information about the requirements of the Educational, Administration and Services Staff is collected and assessed, and according with the staff policy, the legal framework and the current RPT (job regulation), new jobs are announced whereby calls for tender for the PDI (Educational and Researcher Team) or competitive examination for the PAS (Administration and Services Staff).

 

 

The aim of this procedure is to describe the process for detect the formative requirements of the PDI and PAS, the Teaching Plan development and its assessment when is in practice.

 

 

The aim of this procedure is to describe the process of the assessment, promotion, recognition and encouragement develop of the PDI/PAS.

 

 

The aim of this process is to describe the Mobility Process of the PDI and PAS in two fields: the traditional Erasmus Program and the official announcements which are focus on the implementation of the European Space for Higher Education. The mobility is done to promote the teaching and management methods knowledge that are used in other institutions (universities and companies), as well as the experiences of the European institutions for higher education linked to the Bolonia adaptation process.
