Services management

The aim of this procedure is to define the activities carried out for the College by its administration team and the Committee or persons appointed in each case for:


  1. Define the necessities of the General Services of the College which have an influence on quality of the teaching-learning process of the studies. 
  2. Define and design the assistance of new General Services and update the usual assistances according to the results. 
  3. Improve the General Services presented, for the permanent adaptation to the new necessities and expectations. 
  4. Inform of the results of the General Services Management gave to different groups of interest.

 

The aim of this procedure is to describe the process for the credits record.

 

This procedure contains the different processes in which the activities of the library are divided. Every procedure will be defined considering each step, from the definition of its objective to the inclusion of each appendix. For making easier the tracking of the document there is an index whereby the different processes are defined:
