Continuous Quality Improvement Policy

 

One of the main objectives of the Universidad Politecnica de Madrid (UPM) is the implementation of an Internal Quality Assurance System (IQAS) in each of its schools and faculties

For this, the ETSIST develops the continuous quality improvement policy of the UPM in teaching, research and management areas, based on continuous improvement processes, favouring the creation and promotion of quality culture among all the members of the university community.

The purpose of the ETSIST is the implementation of a complete and comprehensive Quality System, that is, a system scoping the ETSIST and therefore, affecting all the degrees, master and doctorate courses taught in the School.
