PianoUPM  Database

This is a database comprising several acoustic recordings of piano sounds. It is intended for being used by the researching community free of charge. Up to 13 acoustic pianos, both  grands and uprights, from several manufacturers have been recorded.

Recordings for every piano include: the 88 notes played separately and 110 different chords.

Most piano recordings also include:

-The A note from the eight octaves played with four increasing forces to evaluate non-linearity effects.

-Two melodies (one-handed and two-handed) for testing detection algorithms.
