Fernando Pescador del Oso Ph.D. in Telecommunication Engineering from EUITT-UPM Associate Professor

Born in Madrid in 1971, he obtained his degree as a Technical Telecommunication Engineer in 1992, that of Telecommunication Engineer in 2003 and his Ph.D. as a Doctor of Telecommunication Engineering in 2011. All of his qualifications were obtained from the "Universidad Politécnica de Madrid" (UPM).

Since 1992 he has been developing his work in the "Departamento de Sistemas Electrónicos y de Control" (Electronic and Control Systems Department - SEC), at present DTE, at the "Escuela Universitaria de Ingeniería Técnica de Telecomunicación" (Technical Engineering School of Telecommunication), at present ETSIST, of the "Universidad Politécnica de Madrid", where he was Associate Lecturer until 1995, full-time Lecturer until 2011 and Associate Professor since then. He was Director of the SEC Department from 2012 until it joined the DTE in 2014.

He became part of the Electronic and Microelectronic Design Group (GDEM) in 1999.
